Dr. Bevilacqua is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Bevilacqua founded Gettysburg Ophthalmology Associates, P.C. and Eyewear Shop in 1976. He earned early admission to medical school having completed three years of college at Temple University. He graduated from Hahnemann Medical College in 1970, did a medical internship at Altoona Hospital in Altoona, Pa, and then completed his Ophthalmology Residency at West Virginia University. Dr. Bevilacqua is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and he is a member of the American Soceity of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Although a practicing eye surgeon for over 30 years, Dr. Bevilacqua now concentrates on:
- Comprehensive routine eye exams
- Medical and laser treatment of eye diseases including but not limited to dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetes.
- Evaluation for cataract surgery

T. Sivendran, M.D. |

Dr. Sivendran is a native of Columbo, Sri Lanka. His medical education includes studies at Hartley College and the University of Ceylon, both in Ceylon. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency training in 1975 at Royal Berkshire Hospital - Oxford Eye Hospital in England. Dr. Sivendran and his family moved to Philadelphia where he completed a Glaucoma Fellowship at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. He joined Gettysburg Ophthalmology Associates in 1979. Dr. Sivendran is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine of England. |

Duane M. Whitlock, M.D. |

Dr. Whitlock is a native of North East, Maryland. He graduated Valedictorian from North East High School in 1991. Attended Penn State University from 1991-1995, graduating with Honors in the University Scholars Program. Studied at the University of Maryland School of Medicine from 1995-1999 receiving his Medical Degree with Magna Cum Laude Honors. He performed a one-year internal medicine internship at Christiana Hospital, Newark, Delaware. His residency was from 2000-2003 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania in Ophthalmology. After its completion, he moved to Gettysburg where he currently lives with his three children. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. White was born in Coventry, Connecticut more years ago than he cares to remember. He attended the University of Connecticut and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park, Pa. in 1974. He moved to Central Pennsylvania in 1975 and has been associated with Gettysburg Ophthalmology since 1993. He is a member of the American Optometric Association. He resides in East Berlin, Pennsylvania.
